Henan Province Outstanding Bearing Co., Ltd. is a diversified manufacturing enterprise specializing in automotive steering gear bearings. The company's factory is located in Mengzhuang Town, Huixian City, Xinxiang—a renowned city in northern Henan—within the industrial cluster zone. With the Xinjin Expressway and Hebao Expressway nearby, transportation is extremely convenient. The factory covers an area of 46,000 square meters, with a total investment of 170 million yuan. The first-phase production facility, with a construction area of over 10,000 square meters, has already been put into operation. 

The company currently has production equipment such as CNC lathes, CNC grinders, controlled-atmosphere continuous quenching (tempering) furnaces, and machining centers (CNC), as well as metrology and testing equipment, including: ZYD200A Cylindricity Measuring Instrument, CX-1G Roughness Profilometer, LSXTL-18A Trinocular Inverted Metallurgical Microscope, VMS-1510G Vision Measuring System, HVS-1000Z Micro Vickers Hardness Tester, 200HRS-150 Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester, HB-3000B Brinell Hardness Tester, CJZ-3 Bearing Residual Magnetism Tester, and CDG-2000 Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector. 

The company's main products fall into ten categories: 1) four-point contact screw roller bearings for automotive steering gears; 2) needle roller bearings for automotive and military applications; 3) angular contact ball bearings for automotive steering gears; 4) deep groove ball bearings; 5) QJ series four-point contact ball bearings; 6) bushing products for automotive gearboxes; 7) high-precision flat washers; 8) thrust tapered roller bearings; 9) single-row tapered roller bearings; and 10) other component products, primarily including aerospace components and automotive parts. 

The products are primarily used in automotive steering systems, chassis systems, gearbox systems, and military special-purpose vehicles. Currently, our company has an annual production capacity of 8 million sets (pieces) of various bearings and automotive components, supported by a mature technical and service team. In 2016, we obtained the IATF16949 quality management system certification for the automotive industry, and we utilize an ERP information management system to achieve full-process digital management.
